It seems that the Executive Director of the NCF has taken the word of a notorious netk00k (Richard Morton Scoville) and turfed a long-time member even though that member did nothing other than post the truth about Scoville and his disgusting activities on occasion. It seems that the Executive Director felt that the good name of the NCF was being tarnished by this person continuing to be a member. Just because he's been a member for 17 years doesn't make any difference... shame on the NCF.

"Apparently"??!! Dick, make up your mind! Is it going to Federal Court, or not? You're the only one who has to decide... and then you have to check your wallet to realize that you can't afford to do it. But then, why do you care as your life is just total bullshit anyway... like your "speeches" on your website.

It was a slim (NO SHIT SHERLOCK!!) hope, at best, to gain jurisdiction in the Texas State District Courts due to jurisdictional issues (maybe you should have listened to your lawyer... oops, you did!), related to both personal jurisdiction and subject matter jurisdiction (that's it Dick, try to baffle us with your usual bullshit). On the personal jurisdiction, Defendant's filed a "Special Appearance" and prevailed, but this action has remedies which FSS will pursue (No, you won't chicken-shit). The attorney for these felons, hackers, etc. could have easily had the case removed to the Federal Court System with the costs paid by FSS (you don't have any money so what's the point?), but we believe she just wanted to bleed the slush fund instead of conferring with opposing counsel (there was no opposing counsel douche-bag!! Remember Dick? You represented yourself) in order to save the defendants money. FSS really had no qualms with how the Defendants' wanted to spend their fund and in reality, are quite happy with the depletion of such. So, for all you big spenders, i. e., Russell Miller and his $9.41, get ready to pony up much more for the next round (no one's holding their breath moron)! This case has merit (no, it doesn't) and FSS will prevail!(no, you won't) Richard "Stick me in the arse" Scoville CEO..FSS

Dick, as most sane people know, is a number of bricks short of a full load but now he's done something even some sane people couldn't have dreamed he would do. It seems that because AHBL hired a lawyer and he was his own legal consel then that makes him the smart guy in this situation. Rather than going home to lick his wounds and shut the hell up he's decided that the AHBL lawyer is now a target. Now I know that most of us don't hold the legal profession in the highest of regards but I would have to be REALLY FRIGGING DRUNK AND STONED (I don't drink or do drugs so I'm stuck now) to have to start harassing a lawyer in such a stupid fashion. All she needs to do now is call a couple of favours and Dick is before the judge with a brand new lawsuit to discuss with the judge. Only this time he'll be the defendant and probably on the end of a nice new "cease and desist" action... and the judge will want to know how someone that stupid is allowed to walk the streets.

1) Scoville represented himself at the trial... he surely got what he paid for! ;-)

2) The attorney for AHBL would only need to be a monkey to win this "case"... all she had to do was to say to the judge, "we're just going to let Scoville yap". Scoville yapped and then he got his ass kicked out of the court. lol Yeah Scoville SHE blew the case... there wasn't a case to start with and Scoville knew it and he has to face the fact that he's an idiot, a spammer, an internet abuser... I could go on but you get the picture.

3) Ethics??!! She won the frigging case and I doubt that her ethics, or lack thereof according to Scoville, had anything to do with it. The only person lacking ethics in that courtroom was the Dickhead himself, Mr Richard Morton Scoville of San Antonio, Texas.

Congrats to Mary Claire and the AHBL for winning the case and kudos to Scoville for giving us all a great laugh and a tremendous start to 2006!! Keep up the abusing Scoville, your momma must be rolling in her grave thinking that you're still out there being a dick.

verdict additionally:

U.S. Magistrate Judge John W. Primomo of San Antonio on Jan. 25 entered a take nothing judgment and dismissed the suit with prejudice. An eight-member jury ... found Jan. 21 that statements in an article published April 10, 1991, were not false and defamatory to Artesia.

SHODROCK, and two outside investors:

According to Shodrock, the company under Scoville suffered declining market share because of its emphasis on carbonated and flavored water.

"It was a management decision." Shodrock says. "(Carbonated water) was the emphasis that (Scoville) wanted." Scoville is no longer with the company.

Scoville, a former industrial glue salesman, launched the company in 1980, taking on France's Perrier, the dominant brand of bottled waterat the time.

Scoville, an aggressive pitch man for his products, took the company through a series of ups and downs during his tenure as CEO. During the late 1980s, Artesia outsold Perrier's name-brand carbonated water inTexas.

But, the firm also felt a slap when the Wall Street Journal ran an article claiming the company misled consumers about the source of its product. The company filed a $ 10 million libel suit against thepublication, but a federal jury found the story not to be libelous.

During the trial, testimony pointed out that the firm's earnings decreased from 1989 to 1991, according to media reports. In better times--1985--Scoville turned down a buyout offer from brewing giantAnheuser-Busch.

So far the harassment has taken the form of mailbombing, obscene email, frivolous complaints to providers, harassing phone calls, bogus police reports, threats of lawsuits and a number of other things. There have also been false allegations, including what appears to be forged porn spam, sent to businessassociates, risking significant business costs.

Scoville's frivolous lawsuit

Scoville actually followed through on one of his many threats to sue someone and filed an absolutely ridiculous lawsuit against the AHBL. The guy is an absolute joke and will be laughed out of court... if it ever gets that far. Once Brian and Andrew post their particulars for donations and any other help that they need, it will be posted here. Let's help these guys in their battle against the idiot Scoville. One of us could be next and we need to stick together and shut the prick down.

This is an official statement made by the AHBL regarding the suit filed in Texas Court by Richard Scoville. This statement has been authorized by our legal council. On Saturday December 17, 2005, the AHBL was served at it's Indiana address with a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) and Suit filed in Bexar County Texas Circuit Court. The suit seeks in total 3.525 million dollars in damage for Mr Richard Scoville, broken down as follows:

$2,000,000 "For the loss of "benefit of hte bargain" to negotiate and conduct business in good faith"
$1,000,000 "For the continuing damages to personal business credit"
$500,000 "For his emotional distress occasioned by the wrongful acts set forth above, including hte personal humiliation and embarassment in hte Usenet portion of the internet"
$25,000 "For the costs incurred to constantly change ISPs and the escalating costs to maintain an ongoing business"

Very shortly the AHBL will put up a page and ledger requesting donations to fight this case which is 1100 miles from the AHBL base of operations. We will also be posting in PDF format over the next few days all public record paperwork for this case. Your donations will be put to good use in defending the AHBL and are greatly appreciated. Please note that the AHBL has never been financially profitable and even with Google ads is run entirely out of my pocket. Thank you for your consideration in this matter, I will vet all questions posted here through council beforeanswering them.

Disabled Rights Alliance and Dick Scoville

Seems that Dick has a new friend, Little Stevie Palmer of some sad-sack organization called the Disabled Rights Alliance of Canada. This guy is a whole lot like Dick in that he tries to bait people into saying something against him and then calls you a "Neo-Nazi". Have a gander at his Google group for a good laugh... he sounds like Babbles Schwartz in that everyone is against him and his supposed fight for disabled rights. A true idiot and a Scoville/Schwartz clone..

It appears that some people might actually belong to this organization... they may want to do a little research on what Palmer is posting on USENET.

This guy is apparently on the board but no one else seems to be willing to post that fact on the internet and we can find no website belonging to the DRA. We did find that they were incorporated in December of 2004 in British Columbia.

I was speaking with a guy who had a well-known run-in with Dick a few years ago and told him of all the PUNKS who have been busy driving Dick nuts lately. It seems that as soon as Dick posts drivel on USENET, one of the PUNKS posts a rebuttal to Dick's posting and then the rest of us join in. He's still updating his website with the usual bullshit and plagarized materials but he's not making as many postings on USENET pointing readers to his website... and that is a good thing, for sure.

Just to let you know Dick, the PUNKS of USENET will continue to counter your drivel as we just love to drive you crazy... it so damn easy. ;-)

If you're like me you've had enough of Dick and his shenanigans. As a result I've filed a complaint with the FBI as well as an on-going complaint with the San Antonio Police Dept. With The National White Collar Crime Center the FBI has formed the Internet Fraud Complaint Center and it is here that you can easily file a complaint about Dick and his website.

The IFCC website is located at http://www.ifccfbi.gov/index.asp and a complaint takes no more than five minutes to file. I realize that as soon as Dick sees this message he'll file a complaint with them as well but they'll see through his insanity and realize that he's by himself in his battles. There are much more of us and if we band together we can do something about Scoville and his website.

For the past few months, I have been notifying numerous companies about Dick's plagarizing of their copyrighted materials for use on his pay-to-read website. These companies were not too thrilled that first of all he was stealing their material and then had the absolute balls to try to sell it to his members without paying any royalties to the copyright-holder.

Well, today I head over to his site for my morning smile and lo-and-behold he has a couple of speeches that likely came from other sources since they were written coherently. I click on the speech to get more information for my search and he has posted this:

These clowns are harbouring Scoville now and don't seem to find any problem with Scoville's shenanigans. We have demanded that they cease hosting Scoville and his darling little website. They were sent two demand letters this past week and have ignored them both without even acknowledging them. In fact, the first letter was quoted by Scoville in one of his "speeches" so we know that he is aware of the letters.

Since Internet Contrasts and it's owner, Brandon Zumwalt, are ignoring our demands we have decided to step up the campaign and make the guy more aware of how disgusted we, and many others, are of Scoville. After complainig last week to a lawyer at Time-Warner, parent of rr.com where the FSS site is hosted, we received this message today from a "Time Warner Cable Regional Abuse Manager" after we asked what was happening in regards to our complaints about Scoville and his website:

"The matter has been addressed under our Terms of Service."

We have asked for clasrification on exactly what this means but we assume it means that Scoville is being told to clean up his site and remove the copyrighted materials from it. Last week, we complained to a very LARGE publishing house about materials being posted on the FSS website as we thought that they might have been copyrighted materials belonging to them. We were told that if any material on Dick's site was theirs they would immediately issue a "cease and desist" order to his ISP. They were given the FSS url and told us that they were going to investigate further. Without a word of a lie, we found a large number of "Speeches" on Dick's site that were also on the publishing house's website message board. Dick copied their material WORD FOR WORD but changed the author name to make it look like someone else posted the "speech". It was way TOO obvious even to a bunch of numbskulls up here in Canada what Dick was doing and when it was passed on the proper people, things happened very fast.

We doubt that Dick's website is "down for maintenance" more like "down for the count". Hopefully, the bell won't save the prick.

PS The FSS website was down for "scheduled maintenance" starting at 6pm EST Saturday supposedly for 12 hours only and now we are into the 50th hour. We wonder what that means... ;-)

He will send emails to city councillors, newspapers, fire chiefs... anyone who he thinks will cause some embarrasment to you. It makes no difference that Dick is the instigator to his little campaigns... all you have to do is disagree with something he posts and he'll start a campaign against you.

Now, as everyone knows, Scoville has been threatening to take countless people and companies to court for a number of years and has reneged on each occasion. The last documented lawsuit that we could find was one where he sued the Wall Street Journal for libel for $10 million back in the early 90's and, of course, he was spanked by the court and told to go away. A lot of us have been waiting very patiently for him to sue us all to no avail. He's told Marc Wigle that he's suing someone else first and then he'll sue Wigle (he's been threatening Wigle since December of 2004). No one is holding their breath waiting for the twit to do something other than spread more slander around the internet via his website and USENET. The USENET postings have dropped off since the setup of this blog as he knows that someone is fighting the little prick. He doesn't like it when people stand up to him and it gives us great pleasure to know that his name is being sullied like he's done to so many others in the past. As soon as posts on USENET we post a reply to his message so that people who may take him seriously have somewhere to go to get the truth.

Four people recently pleaded guilty to taking natural, cultural and anthropological items from Yellowstone National Park illegally.

One man has been banned from the park for five years, some had to pay fines and all have been ordered to pay restitution and were placed on probation. Park spokeswoman Marsha Karle said Tuesday the incidents involved people taking things like pottery fragments left behind by AmericanIndians and rock chips and flakes left behind by their toolmaking.

Some people took things like petrified wood and pine boles, she added.

The most egregious incident occurred on Aug. 3, 2002, when a pilot flying a research plane spotted a car several hundred yards off anestablished road.

Rangers then contacted Robert Edwin Scoville, 52, and found "hundreds of pounds of rocks, plants, wood and several archeological artifacts"in his vehicle, an National Park Service statement said.

Scoville pleaded guilty to several counts and on Jan. 7 federal Magistrate Stephen Cole fined him $150, ordered him to pay $1,000 in restitution and banned him from the park for five years. He must serve two years of probation.

Alexander S. Harlan, 22, Andrew C. McNaught, 24, and Charles Scoville, 24, were arrested Sunday after a raid on their home at 105 Terrace Way, according to police records. The three were arraigned in Missoula Justice Court on Monday.

According to UM Registrar's records, Harlan and Scoville are not registered for spring, 2001, but both were registered in fall, 2000.

Harlan posted an $8,000 bond on Sunday and McNaught and Scoville each posted $2,500 bonds on Monday, a Justice Court clerk said.

Missoula City Police Det. Gregg Willoughby said there wasn't any larger drug ring surrounding this particular case.

"These three were the focus of the investigation," Willoughby said.

According to court documents, officers searching the house found more than 4 pounds of "high quality" marijuana and close to $20,000 in cash, hidden in various locations.

Willoughby said after all court proceedings in the case are over, the drugs will be destroyed and the money "found by the court to be the proceeds of illegal drug trade" will be deposited into a City of Missoula forfeiture account to be used to further drug investigations.

Willoughby said police are still investigating to "add elements of proof" to the case. He said the men will next appear at a preliminary hearing in District Court on March 6.

A Justice Court clerk said the charges against the three men were as follows:

Harlan was arraigned on felony charges of criminal possession of dangerous drugs with intent to sell and criminal possession of property subject to forfeiture and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia.

McNaught was charged with two felony counts of possession of dangerous drugs, one felony count of possession of property subject to forfeiture and a misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia.

Scoville was charged with three felony counts of possession of dangerous drugs, one count of possession of property subject to forfeiture and one misdemeanor count of possession of paraphernalia.

One of his latest "speeches" casts aspersions on Marc Wigle with no proof as usual. It just makes it easier for Wigle's lawyer to sue the deadbeat Scoville and the freespeechstore.

One "speech" is titled "More due deligence on sexual deviant Marc Wigle of Gatineau, Canada" and another is titled "Marc Wigle (Taxman), Gatineau, Canada accountant hangs out in sexually explicit newsgroups".

When you follow the url in each "speech" you get nothing more unless you want to pay $4 to access EACH "speech". And, of course, their is nothing in those "speeches" to substantiate the claims. Scoville is just a vindictive little PUNK.

Wigle's lawyer must be thrilled that Scoville is that dense to continue to post his slander on his website as it makes it so much easier to present the facts to the court and the San Antonio Police Department for their investigation.

Seems that Scoville has a hardon for Grande Communications for some reason and has posted a 'speech' on his website telling the world that one of the founders has resigned and has cast apsersions on the reasons for the resignation... as if Scoville would know anything different.

The twirp goes on an almost daily rant against people like Brian Bruns and Marc Wigle spouting his usual lies and slander. He's been telling all who will listen that Bruns is a convicted felon so I went to the source to get the REAL story. It seems that the parole officer that Scoville mentions has categorically stated that there are two Bruns' out there and is now investigating Scoville for posting false information knowingly. As for Wigle, Scoville has named him as the Kook of the year but fails to mention that Scoville is widely-known as the supreme leader of the kook fraternity. A close second would have to be Barbara Schwartz who can be found trolling in various newsgroups. Do a search for her on Google for a real laugh... she is definistley nuts.

And now the loser is practising medicine by telling us that his speech will tell you whether or not you're really suffering from arthritis... Internet KOOK Scoville

Seems that Richard Scoville of the Freespeechstore.com has a listing for KOOK of the year but, for some reason, he left his own name off of the list.

He has been harassing various members of the internet community who he feels have done something wrong to him... usually they have been slandered and tell him to stop which just sets him off. He has been spanked repeatedly for his deeds but keeps coming back for more. He has been kicked off many hosts but unfortunately, always finds a new one to operate from.

If he threatens you with a lawsuit, mark down the date and celebrate the anniversary every year because he is all talk. He doesn't have the guts to sue anyone but he will harass you and anyone he thinks is connected with you. He'll send emails to your ISP in the hopes of having them cancel your account. Thankfully, most ISPs have prior knowledge of the clown and ignore him. Whatever you do, do not back down from him as he is just a bully who wins if you don't stand up to him.

If he slanders you in Google groups, REPORT the abuse to Google. They are well aware of him and will cancel the message if you report the abuse to them. If they do not remove the message in a short period of time, send them another message and advise them that you are passing your complainbt on to your lawyer. Usually within a day or so they will remove the message but you may have to be persistent.
