It looks like Scoville is now just using open proxies to spread his joy. There was a recent post made via Google that revealed a RR.com cable modem IP in San Antonio, TX, that was cancelled within a minute or so, but the cmsg cancel was not honoured by many NNTP providers. It clearly shows that he "forgot" to set his TOR or whatever kiddie script anon proxy he uses.
