Now he admits that "it was a slim hope"... gee, if he had gotten a REAL lawyer instead of representing himself he might have saved himself the embarassment of having a judge telling him that he was an idiot. Keep us all informed Dickie on your trip to Federal Court and let us know how we can all be added to your defendant list. Please!!!
And, EXACTLY what does "discovery" mean?? Why don't you just sue the entire internet community... except for Babs and Mikey of course.

A Bab's speech, or is it a Dick forged Bab's speech? It'll make Speech of The Day as it agrees with little Dick.
We must consider FSS as a private "Pay-Blog" or k00k-Magnet.
Scrotumville's site is already a k00k-Magnet. Look at who posts there.
Keep that post. If scrotumville knew there was a "slim hope" in filing the suit, there's the evidence the AHBL suit was vexatious right from the start.
