Let's get REAL stupid Dick!
Dick, as most sane people know, is a number of bricks short of a full load but now he's done something even some sane people couldn't have dreamed he would do. It seems that because AHBL hired a lawyer and he was his own legal consel then that makes him the smart guy in this situation. Rather than going home to lick his wounds and shut the hell up he's decided that the AHBL lawyer is now a target. Now I know that most of us don't hold the legal profession in the highest of regards but I would have to be REALLY FRIGGING DRUNK AND STONED (I don't drink or do drugs so I'm stuck now) to have to start harassing a lawyer in such a stupid fashion. All she needs to do now is call a couple of favours and Dick is before the judge with a brand new lawsuit to discuss with the judge. Only this time he'll be the defendant and probably on the end of a nice new "cease and desist" action... and the judge will want to know how someone that stupid is allowed to walk the streets.

DUH! Hasn't the criminal Scoville been charged with "Contempt of Court" which has been documented.
Criminal contempt of court is a criminal charge which is employed to punish behavior that interferes with the proceedings or orders of a court. Criminal indirect contempt of court is based on violation of a court order, whereas criminal direct contempt of court is based on conduct at court proceedings. Defendants charged with criminal contempt are afforded all the usual privileges of other criminal defendants, like the right to a trial by jury, to examine, and to call, witnesses, and to testify on one's own behalf.
US Code Section 7456(c).
d) Contempt of Court: Contempt of Court may be punished by fine or imprisonment within the scope of Code Section 7456(c).
Therefore Dick is a criminal, and a convict

This guy is suing AOL over being "teased" in a chat room. This case could get interesting.
Considering the "teasing" scrotumville has done to the AHBL, the two Marcs, and Darrell -ie bogus police reports and contacting employers, town officials, kooksuits etc - there is a stronger case against AOL and Road Runner for not circumsizing Dick Scrotumville off the net permanently.
AOL and Road Runner have money, scrotumville doesn't.
It is hard to fathom that Scoville really is that stupid, but the evidence is clear that he is.
I understand that in an NCIC CPIC enquiry, as well e-mail that the Ottawa Police Services recieved from SAPD outlines Richard's history with them. I am certain similar enquiries have been sent by the RCMP, OPP and Gatineau Metro Police.
All involved police agencies have labelled Scoville's complaints as frivious and vexacious.
I would imagine that their discussions lean toward charging Richard Scoville with filing false police reports.
