Looks like old Babs isn't able to understand the reality of Scoville losing... she seems to think that Scoville won for some reason and now she's says that Scoville was wrong in his methods!! OMIGOD!!! Even Babs knows that Scoville is an idiot!!!

Scrotumville's vexatious k00ksuit was done with malicious intent, since scrotumville acted pro se, filed in the wrong court and therefore made sure it was going to cost AHBL money to travel to TX to appear or get a lawyer to defend the k00ksuit in a TX court.
But Scoville will get spanked under the new e-annoyance law. He posts to his pay-blog under nyms. And he posts via Google using nyms.
He can no go directly to jail and not collect $200.

based on legal advice from Babs, Rickie is attempting to extort a judgement from AHBL.org even though the case was dismissed by Judge John Specia jr. Rick had this to say;

Rick didn't like the outcome, so he invented his own outcome. I wonder if he retouched some court papers to say what he wanted.
Rick is not beyond editing files and presenting them a bonefide.
